Mayah Mahr finished 41st with a time of 26:15.69
Boys
Elihu Krenzelok finished in 24th place with a time of 20:25.20
Reached after the resutls Orioles Head Cross Country Coach Nick Mahr shared more on the season start.
“We are off and rolling now after finally having our first race,” he said. “Normally we'd have had a race or two by this point so it's nice to have the first race behind us and have a better idea where we are. We should have the best girls team since I started coaching here. Unfortunately this is the smallest my boys team has ever been as well. Everyone seems to "get it" as far as work outs and doing the right thing to do well in the sport. That makes it a pretty good group to coach.”
The Orioles next race at Stanley Thursday, September 12 at 4:30 p.m.
