Courtesy Auto & Truck unveils plans for state-of-the-art Fleet Center

Courtesy Auto & Truck is thrilled for the development of their new Commercial Fleet Center in Stanley. The 15-bay commercial fleet focused facility will offer full fleet management for all makes and commercial fleets. Additionally, it will enhance their ability to support businesses with expanded services and resources and continue their service to the community. Committed to providing exceptional solutions for all commercial vehicle needs, Courtesy looks forward to contributing even more to the Stanley area with this new addition expected to be completed by January 2025. One amenity of the new fleet center will be to offer full pick-up and delivery of vehicles, as well as mobile services when applicable. Plans also include installation of a non-slip floor system that is impervious to oils.
Scott Eisold, Dealer Principle and President of Courtesy Auto & Truck, shared his excitement for the opportunity to help the fleet community, adding that “Expansion is always stressful, but exciting.” He commented that building construction will always have its “ups and downs”, and Hoeft Builders, the general contractor for the project, has been an “excellent partner” on this journey. Eisold explained that Courtesy is building this fleet facility to take care of a major gap in the markets.
“There is no one doing fleet management and commercial repair. We are looking to make it super easy to maintain peoples’ fleets with full services and we come get their vehicle and deliver it back. Fixed and ready to go to work!” said Eisold.
At Courtesy, Eisold says that they are motivated for community safety and to take care of fleets. “The safety of everyone on the roads depends on the maintenance and care of ALL fleets. We want those companies driving safe and well-maintained vehicles for the safety of their employees and the drivers they’ll face on our roads.”
The new commercial fleet center will supply more jobs for the area as additional technicians and fleet managers will be needed. The mobile operations will be based at the new facility, but the number of job positions needed is still unknown. An added bonus of the project is the undertaking of three fifty-unit storage builds (150 total units) to equal 150 total 10X20 self-storage units.
“We will be offering and filling an additional void in our community,” Eisold explained of the storage units, adding, “Another great opportunity for our community.”
He remarked, “Courtesy has and will always be community driven. Everything we do is to better serve our great customers.”
