Boyd Ringelspiel Days will begin on May 24 and continue through May 26 at Lotz Park in Boyd. The three-day event features live music, Spectrum Carnival, Bingo, face painting, a Pedal Pull Contest, and a Bean Bag Tournament.  Don’t forget to grab a spot downtown to watch the exciting parade filled with fun and candy that begins at 1 pm on Sunday, May 26.     

The Stanley Rodeo will take place on Father’s Day Weekend, June 14 – June 16. The Queens Coronation and Grand Marshall Presentation will start off the weekend at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 13 at the Stanley Theater. The event filled weekend will finish on Sunday after the Professional Horse Pull at 1 pm.

With a new day this year, the Stanley Truck and Tractor Pull will be held on Friday, June 7 at 7 p.m. Partnering with the WTPA, the event is sure to see bigger and better sanctioned pulls. Admission for ten years old and up is $15 with children 9 and younger free.

The Stanley Lions will host the Watermelon Fest at Chapman Park on July 28, 2024. The Stanley City Council approved the special event vending permit for the family centered event at the May 6 council meeting held at City Hall.

 At the same meeting, the council approved the special event permit for the Independence Day Celebration to be celebrated on Saturday, July 6. The 3rd annual fun filled event is sure to be a blast!
